grants to low and moderate income homeowners in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside,
San Bernardino and other northern California counties.
California Department of
Insurance, though Bank of America offers low-interest rate loans (~4.5%) to
owners of one to four unit residential properties in Los Angeles, Orange,
Riverside, San Bernardino and other northern California counties.
